Shipping and Delivery Policy

At ElectroHub Store, we strive to deliver your tech purchases as quickly as possible and with the highest security standards. This policy applies to all orders placed through our online store.

1. Coverage Areas

  • We currently offer shipping and delivery services to all regions and cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Products are prepared, ordered, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Please note that business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees range between 19 SAR and 50 SAR. The exact cost depends on the selected shipping company and the customer's geographical location.

  • The total shipping cost will be accurately displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

4. Free Shipping

  • Enjoy completely free shipping when the total value of your cart reaches 320 SAR or more (please check your cart to verify if there are any changes to the total shipping value).

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • In exceptional circumstances or for remote areas, the delivery process may take 7 to 10 days. We do our utmost to ensure your shipment arrives as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Companies

  • We partner with the best local shipping companies in the Kingdom to ensure professional service and accurate tracking of your shipments.

7. Payment Options (Cash on Delivery)

  • The store's current policy relies on electronic payment. Should the Cash on Delivery (COD) option become available in the future, it will be added directly to the available payment options at checkout.

8. Customer Responsibility (Non-Receipt or Incorrect Data)

  • The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of their data (name, mobile number, delivery address).

  • If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to respond to the shipping company's representative resulting in the shipment returning to our warehouses, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs to resend the order.

9. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a text message or an email containing the tracking link or tracking number from the shipping company, allowing you to monitor your order's delivery status moment by moment.
